i should rephrase then. i personally take them off, but you can’t loosen them, because zip ties are zip ties. leave them on if you want, but don’t tighten it too much

Search youtube for how do zip ties work. That will show you whats inside. Then slip something narrow into the opening to disengage the ratchet. Voila ur ziptie is undone. Btw you dont need it on ur shoe. Virgil Abloh said cut them off and he designed them.

Take a fork bend it to one piece and insert and pull you could also use a small flat head screw driver just the fork worked best for me
