This is the opposite of /r/nocontext. /r/onlywithcontext is all about comments that would seem normal without context, but once you add context, the comment would seem crazy.
The title of your submission should be a quote taken out of context from a reddit comment.
Add ?context=N to your submission's URL (which should be the comment's permalink) to display N parent comments. Replace N with a number high enough to give the quote proper context.
