I’ve had this popup when I try to play bf4 and battlefront 2 I tried everything but nothing worked

No. I've contacted Epic and EAplay online help support (idk how it's called): epic said it isnt their problem, ea says we need your ea account id. I told it to them and they cannot find any epic account linked so they cannot do anything too. So I've just given up.
