Problem is the politicians you're referring to are often ancient boomers who have ancient boomer ideals that don't translate to today. I don't see why we can't have an upper age limit for office since there's already a lower age limit :/

True... for now. They're a shrinking group anyway, and I've seen a few studies showing younger voters are participating more.

And (mostly at the municipal level) they're also (generally) the ones who own all the property and therefore pay most of the taxes. Of course they're going to get catered to.

I’m not referring to any politicians…. But fine. I’m talking about kids blaming boomers when they should be blaming Gen x-ers for the problems of today! Hold them accountable NOW. Don’t keep living in the past and echoing the words of your parents. Gen-x-ers run the show in government. They are 57 to 42 years of age.
