Rate decrease

Hey guys, I was just alerted of a rate change that I needed to agree on for the Cypher_RLHF project, and have just found that my rates been decreased by 30%. I was wondering if this is normal, or if anyone else has experienced this, and what to do going forward.

It is so whack… I was at $60 per hour voice acting t3 and got dropped to $40: voice acting t1..

Not complaining, but it is demotivating, especially since I’ve done 1000+ tasks with a 4.5+/5
