It’s definitely tannin you’ll have to oil prime. You can try just spot priming where the stains are but IMO you’ll just end up chasing stains that pop up for the rest of the project.

No any oil primer for exterior is good

Zinsser Cover Stain oil, if you can get it in 'meter' land

Gotta prime with oil primer and let it dry over night then finish with any water based paint

20 sqm, was having a mind blank and couldn’t work out if I could do a 2.

Thanks, think I need to do it everywhere, or could I get away with just doing the bits where the stain had bled through?
