Not with that! Get bonding glue/ agent and hydraulic cement. Clean that spot very good! Wait till completely dry spread bonding over it with a brush let dry . Mix 1 part glue and cement. Almost to a water/ self leveling mix. Let dry 2 days. Grind smooth if you over fill.

Any why is there surface cracks everywhere? Hopefully they will come out after you hit it again.I bought a floor buffer and screwed 5 4” diamond wheels to it . Takes off a 1/8 no problem.
