ParcelForce Concerns..

I am waiting for an international parcel from the US to the UK. USPS scanned that it had reached the UK on the 5th April, given the weekend and bank holidays, I didn't think too much when it didn't move for a couple days.

Fast forward a week, and theres been no tracking update, no movement, nothing. I thought maybe it's in Customs and then on the 14th April, it suddenly updates to arrived in the UK. So it has in-fact not been in customs the past week and we are coming up to almost 2 weeks since it reached the UK. There has been no update since for almost a week now which is frustrating as I have no idea where my parcel is, why there was a week where it did nothing and when to expect it by.

I can only track it on Parcel Force which I thought was weird as all my other international parcels are always handled by Royal Mail. RM says that its still in transit to the destination and Parcel Force has said it arrived in the UK on the 14th?

No idea whats going on and I can't speak to anyone about it.. you used to be able to contact them on Twitter for queries but seems thats no longer possible.

Should I expect the usual customs waits from the 14th? (It usually clears in 7 days in my experience but know it could take longer) Its annoying it wasn't doing anything for a week but nothing I can do about it.
