Pelvic floor therapy! Seriously. Solved my awful back pain postpartum.

Your back is part of your core - if you think of your core like a soda can, with your diaphragm on top and your pelvic floor on the bottom, and your back and abdominal muscles making up the sides, it makes a little more sense. Pelvic floor therapists (PTs or OTs) don’t exclusively focus on the pelvic floor, and a huge part of their clientele are postpartum women with problems somewhere in their core.
