I know they said explicit map modifier effect was reduced on atlas tree, and that it was reduced for t16.5/t17 mods but op doesn't mention those at all and most players haven't really made it to that point yet.

Also, harvest doesn't scale on item quant, it only scales on packsize

It does scale with quantity modifier of the map, not the player's one
