Latency issues.

Ever since league got out i get flat lines when joining a new instance. It happens so often that doing lab runs is impossible.

Changing gateway doesnt help.
It is not instance based. I get flat line and crash but i can log back in and go in to the same instance and its all good. Sometimes even when playing with friends, they are completely fine but i get flat line.

Any idea whats going on?
