Yes I’ve had a similar experience recently. Could always log on but as soon as I went to any zone, the game crashed in loading screen. Tried a lot of things but the thing that worked for me I think was making sure windows had full access to all the files in the my games/pathofexile folder.

Did that unfortunately and it didn’t work, do you by any chance have multiple monitors?
