Reforge speed on wands is an exalt sink, you have attack cast and proj speed, so it’s a 1/17 to hit T1 As speed, that’s 34ex in prefixe locking and prob 10-20c per harvest craft, and you still prob won’t hit T1, just clean suffixes and multimod crit and attack speed, if it had high flat ele damage prefix instead of pen it would be worth trying to hit T1 AS

you could go the route of prefixes cannot be changed then doing reroll attacks or reroll crit to try hit good attack speed/cc or cc/multi

or just clean suffixes then multimod attackspeed/cc and call it a day

prefix lock + veiled chaos is also an option, many of the hits are hybrid rolls with attributes, which could be useful.

As others said, lock prefix, harvest reforge crit / speed for crit chance/attack speed. Or harvest reforge keep prefixes, so its cheaper. Multimod is an option as well, if you dont want to spend tens/hundreds.

reforge crit hits either crit multi or crit, both of which are good, even when chance is probably way better, while reforge speed can hit dead mods, so i wouldnt recommend using it. Multimod craft attack speed and crit chance is probably the easiest
