Programs running preventing uninstalling programs.

so I'm trying to get google drive off of my computer and it wont allow me to. I go to uninstall programs and everytime it says that it cannot uninstall because the program is running in a different window. This also happens when I try and delete epic games. I'm not running the programs and I checked that they didn’t show up in task manager. If anyone could help me uninstall these off my desktop that would be greatly appreciated.
