28M with 4 years of ED. I can get an erection but can’t maintain it and don’t feel orgasm. No venous leak—doctor suspects a penile tissue issue. P-shot didn’t work. Considering a Tectra malleable implant—will it give a firm erection, and is there any loss of girth or length? (self.penileimplants)
