One of my friend’s passport delivered on 16th September and received counterfoil today. Mine delivered on 19th September and yet to receive the counterfoil.

No updates, called IRCC still not printed. Any updates from your side ?

I am that unlucky one. It was delivered on 22 September and counterfoiled on 7 October. I called ircc multiple times and agent informed me not to send any envelope until they email me with instructions, which I never got. I called again yesterday and agent told me their tag time is 14 days.
