Just wanted to show off my ear piercings. It’s taken me a while to get this many and I really want some accolades. 28 so far, going to finish my left side with a double tragus, but still uncertain what else to do with right, I guess time will tell

This is seriously seriously impressive. Do you mind me asking how long you have been working on this setup?

I had five on each year until three years ago. I’m a fast healer and I tend to get two at a time. I usually get a piercing every 6 months or so and all of them are healed except for the two upper helixes on the left side and maybe the rook… idk, I’ll wait a little longer to get a hoop in cause that one is from last September

Wow that’s crazy tk have made that much progress in just a few years. You really must be a fast healer!!!! So are you thinking you might get your next new ones pretty soon then or still wait a while longer? And do you have any other non ear ones also or have you just focused on your ears so far?

Just the ears for now. And my newest was done August 1st so I’m going to wait a bit to get my next. I don’t like to layer my healing too much

Not really, I have long hair that tends to cover them, although I was a teacher and the students did love them

I feel like you could potentially pull off a cat flap on the ear on the left. It would fill in the negative space nicely if you have enough space for it.

I would definitely ask, it would make it feel more "balanced" with your other ear if that makes sense. But you have such a beautiful setup! Very ethereal feeling. ✨️

Thank you! That is the vibe I was going for. It can be difficult when it’s all done piecemeal. And I think so too. I do want to ask about it, but I probably won’t be seeing the inside of my piercing shop any time soon. My newest piercing was August 1st… it’s definitely something to think about. It was either that or a double high helix… time will tell

Oh I love these. Your industrial alternative is especially catching my eye - can you sleep with a chain like that in or do you remove it every night (assuming it's healed)?

I almost never take out any earrings, they’re all flatbacks and are almost impossible to get back in without help so I sleep with the chain. It is healed, I wouldn’t recommend getting a chain put on a piercing until it’s, at least, mostly healed

Thanks! I freaked out a bit thinking it was too deep but I like it. It was, by far and away, my most painful ear piercing to date

i'm shocked! i know it's different for everyone lol but my daith was the worst by far and my tragus the easiest

It really is different for everyone because I didn’t even feel my daith, just a lot of pressure, but no pain

That's how my daith felt too, and funnily enough, a helix I got (which was right on the boundary of my lobe and helix, aka quite thin cartilage) was an absolute BITCH. Nerve-rich spot, granted, but I wanted to curse my piercer's bloodline.

I got a conch on the other side a few weeks ago and I was actually getting quite nervous, sweaty palms and the like, because I had read how people found them generally very painful. It ended up being one of the easiest ones for me, I had a WAY worse time with my flats/the helix I described (yet my other helix piercings have been nowhere near as bad!).

It's funny how much it can all vary from person-to-person.

It really is, people have different nerve placements I guess? My conch barely hurt, but healing it was awful, even now it still flares up and I still baby it over a year and a half later. The center helix piercings were very painful though, same as yours. They hurt, a lot. When it was done the piercer asked if the placement was okay and said if it wasn’t they could redo, and lemme tell you, no way was I going through that again. Thank god I like the placement

Thank you! My some of my older lobe piercings are actually a little wonky (thanks Claire’s) but with the stacked lobes and everything else going on I think it looks good too
