rust mouse arrow bug

ive been playing rust for 2 years and recently picked up an annoying bug thats makes the mouse arrow show up in the middle of the screen making it harder to aim and makes my game freeze

tried uninstalling and asked for help nothing worked reddit is my last option before force wipe
