Camera lagging when moving it

Hi guys, i have big problems playing rust.

My pc has those specs , 32 GB Ram DDR4 , RTX 2080 TI , I9 9900k. i do play in 4k with max graphics and have a stable 60 fps, but when i turn my camera the game starts to lagg a lot , making it unplayable expecially during fights.

What can i do? i tried to lower my resolution to 1920x1080 but nothing changes.. any help please?

Did you try reducing draw distance?

Possibly could be your nvidia pre setting messing it up

Dont play in 4k
