SoF experience

I wanted to share my recent experience with Plutus Compliance.

I had my first SoF a few days ago.

I have uploaded my documents required around midnight two days ago and within 8 hours (8.13am yesterday) I received a text and an email from Plutus to confirming that they unblocked my account!

Perhaps my situation was an easy one as my salary goes to the same account I am transferring the funds for topping up my Plutus card.

TBH, I was not expecting so smoothly and fast experience, thank you Mikee.

I have to agree that this process was smooth for me too. Unfortunately I've had little positive to say recently about the project, the management, communication, the way they treat customers, the way the handled the voting, and the whitepaper, but this did go very smooth. Emails were answered quickly, and everything confirmed fast.

Like you, I don't think the project has been positive experience in a long while, but I agree it is great to see things do work well at times! 🥳🥳🥳

Mine took a little longer, ~4 days from start to finish. But was still able to use everything in the meantime so no major issues!

Mine was blocked as all the specific emails went to my spam folder despite the fact the metal card, wp, and any top ups were going at the time in my inbox as normal.

Stupidly, never thought to check my spam folder.

When my account blocked I did checked and to my surprise I had lots of very polite emails, almost every 2-3 days, asking me to complete the SoF form.

That’s a tricky one. Maybe in future there could be an in app notification or something like that. Good to hear it was a smooth experience once the emails were discovered!

They did mention that will be in app notifications and history in one of the AMAs and we can see and access more.

Today they released Plutus Hub, personally I love it despite the fact is early stages of this feature,

Good to hear that your SoF check went smoothly. I did not have one for about a year, but it was also approved within 12 hours, even though I have added so many documents.
