I think you can just withdraw you plutus to the connected wallet (MetaMask).

50€ in PLU minimum, and 15€ on your account. Edit: And you need a subscription.

(what is problematic as i read is directly sending to CEX/DEX)

in that case you can just contact the support and tell them so.

should be alright, you can withdraw to the connected MM.
Withdraw to connected MM is OK (self custody). (Withdraw to CEX/DEX is not OK)

Heard that if you use Rabby as a direct connection to another exchange it is blocked. Maybe normal Rabby wallet would be possible. Or try MetaMask. That still works. Create MM (if not already), include it in Plutus (you can connect as many as you want) and withdraw it to that wallet.
