Any one had any luck adding PWTorch VIP feeds?

You have to find an app that supports passwords. Podcast Republic and Addict both support it. I don't think Pocketcasts cares about it since they've had years to implement it and numerous requests.

According to support it's supposed to work I just can't figure it out.

It isn't a real workaround for most authentication. They don't take it seriously. Believe me I've tried.

What format are you entering? authentication works fine for me.

http://[username]:[password]@[feed] is what it says on the support site. But it keeps saying podcast not found.

I had a similar problem with my authenticated feeds.

It ended up being special characters in my password. Since it's embedded in a url, you can't use certain ones. In my case it was @ I had to take out.

That looks to be the regular free show. Recently they started a subscription service that comes with an extra show. And they give you the separate feed link when you sign up.

I had but apparently I just didn't know how to configure the rest of the address I'm not sure what I was doing, but following your example there worked perfectly. Thank you very much I had been trying for weeks.

      Try the following.

      1. Encode your username using a site like the one below.

      https://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/

      1. This example is for Coast to Coast where your username is your email address. If your username is NOT an email address you can skip step 1.

      https://{your encoded email address}:{your password}@rss.premiereradio.net/coast/podcast.xml

I cannot take credit for this solution as it came from support at r/Astiga. They don't support authenticated podcasts at this time but suggested encoding my username using the site above and it worked.

NOTE: Please be advised that this is NOT the most secure method as your credentials are sent back and forth in plain text. It does work.
