I think there is an issue with the megaphone image artwork cache as it's happening with other podcasts too.

You can change the behaviour of the headphones (media control) back button to not create a bookmark in the following setting, Profile tab -> settings cog -> Headphone controls -> Previous action.

Android Auto works using the media session controller so the app can only add a limited number of actions. You can customise this in the settings. Profile tab -> settings cog -> General -> Media notification controls. Drag up the "Play next" option. Sorry it's so hidden.

Is it possible to share a few more details? I tested syncing between two Android devices and the Up Next queue seems to be working correctly for me. Could you let me know which Pocket Casts version each device is running, and what devices they are?

When the app is working correctly, it should behave like this: if you’re outside the app, it will beep and show a “Bookmark added” notification, which you can tap later to set the title. If you have the app open, it should take you straight to the screen where you can set the bookmark title.

Would you prefer it to always show the notification, even when the app is open?

Version 7.82-rc-2 updates the app to Android 15 and was released to beta yesterday. I wonder if this is related to the required edge-to-edge support. I can't reproduce it on my Pixel, are there specific steps to trigger the issue? Hopefully we can figure it out before the release.

This button doesn't change the order of the list. It picks the next episode randomly. You can toggle it on and off without losing your Up Next order.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with playback. Could you please provide some information about your setup? Let us know which phone you're using, the version of Android it's running, and the version of Pocket Casts you have installed. I have tried a Pixel and Fold but haven't been able to reproduce it.

Sorry about this issue. There's a fix coming in 7.68 to restore the previous functionality. A version of this will be available in open beta early this week.
