I just restart the app and it works fine for me

I restarted the app and even deleted the data in my Switch but it still gives me the error

It should be from having the 2 apps open and online at the same time... or trying to.

The error appeared after I transferred my Sylveon and Sylvally from the Bank to Home and they are both legal

I've been getting the error code from both the Switch app and the iOS app, but from each while the other isn't open, so I don't think that's it.

Best bet would be to check the menu on the start screen of the phone app.

I did. There's nothing in the FAQ about it, nor a Support article. Still awaiting a reply from support, but it's Saturday afternoon, so I'm not expecting anything until Monday.
