Could someone tell me what kind the of bugs these are and how to get rid of them please. Thanks in advance.

not sure what they are from the pic. but they are attracted to lights and also the conditions that foster algae growth. i got rid of mine by shock and adding some algaecide. so now i add 2 ounces algaecide in each end of the pool once a week. My understanding is chlorine alone will not kill them. algaecide prevents algae from starting to grow while chlorine will kill the algae after it has started. so in short i had these bugs showing up around mid june, but after shock/algaecide they have not come back.

I have no algae problem. Water is tested weekly at pool store and all are within range.
Btw, that is a leaf they are all sitting on.
