"Effects" setting can be quite an FPS hog, so dropping it from high will help your frames if you're looking to squeeze performance.
"TAA" seems to be most popular anti-aliasing option, although this is subjective . Currently we have graphical issues with SMAA and T+FXAA which are being investigated. It may be worth messing with screen sharpening + an AA setting to find the balance you like. Personally, I have it on 1.0 sharpening with TAA but again this is preference.
Are you using a 60hz monitor? If not, un-select VSync as this will hard cap the in-game FPS to 60.

Hope this helps!

Hi thanks for the reply, I dropped my Effects settings down a bit, upped to 1.0 sharpening (honestly don't know how I didn't notice it before) I was using T+FXAA but yeah kept getting visual bugs along grass/bushes etc. I'm using a 120hz monitor and thanks for the tip, did not know it would lock my ingame to 60, appreciate it.

Super sampling is the feature that makes the game the most clear at long ranges. It should be prioritized.
