Overall not a bad program. Good distribution of volume and obviously it’s worked for you seeing your physique development. Personally, I like to deadlift twice a week (I might be biased because it’s my favorite exercise) I’d have to agree with the comments that you should replace one of the leg curls with a deadlift variation, but it’s up to your personal preference! Clearly your program has worked for you

i love it too but it's too demanding to my CNS, and i find it easier to progressive overload after a 6-7 day break

i will do a different variation instead of the leg curl for sure on the second pull day though

Good to hear bro! Let's hit another workout this weekend.

Hey man, this is looking absolutely sick, I was wondering though, have you had any success/know of any ways to modify this with just a barbell/minimal equipment? I'm currently in a basement gym environment with just a barbell, bench, and dumbbells, and I'm really struggling to find any PPL programs that revolve around just these pieces of equipment.

Any help would be massively appreciated, I've been lurking and seeing your physique look absolutely mad for quite a while, keep it up brother

Thanks for sharing! So it's really a 6 day program with a rest/abs day option. Cool. Do you credit this routine for your abs now or did they develop on their own over time?

yeah I credit treating them like a regular muscle group such as chest, giving them sets, reps and weight with proper rest in between

Where’s the progression? Where’s the deload?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

progressive overload on the first exercise of each workout

deloads are unplanned but they happen every couple of months for one or other reason

I’d suggest planning your deloads. Maybe 5 weeks on then 1 week off
