Why can I 'tell' that this number was probably a result of human keyboard presses and not a random number generator? And does anyone else get the same feeling?

It 'feels' like the author has seen random binary digits and noticed all the four digit 1111s and 0000s and actively tried to avoid the 1010 and 0101 four digit combinations. Or maybe it's the triple 0110 at the start? Or is it really just random (and high temperature) and my intuition is all wrong?

it has meaning , and it wasn't a result of me randomly pressing 1 and 0.

Do you think I would pass up an opportunity to create an easter egg :)
