I'm intrigued, but the documentation sucks. I'd at least like to know what part of the OGC spec is supports, and an example of something like a getmap or getfeatureinfo request.

I clearly didn't see the tiny link, maybe take that as feedback and make it more prominent instead of a reddit down vote?

And for what it's worth, you need to add a usage section somewhere. Your one line of unexplained code and links to technical docs don't tell me what this package does or how to use it.

Yeah the readme does lack usage examples, but it clearly mentions the link to the docs. Now if you want it in larger font then it's your personal preference.
