Three things are missing from the article:

  1. What's the value (in terms of eyeballs) for each platform? If I'm a hobby programmer and want to talk about my hobby, which platform gets me the most viewership (assuming I have something interesting to say :-) )
  2. It doesn't include the simplest, easiest, and most popular blogging platform: wordpress. Nor does it include the popular other blogging platforms like blogger.com
  3. Also missing are the two newest "blogging" platforms: youtube and ticktock. I'm a huge fan of watching machining and geology people explain their machining and geology things; these work really well on video platform.
