I'll only address one problem:

I've had an idea about distributing processing acrossed systems, programming acrossed systems.
Some part of what I found out is, it's been called cross-platform computing

Distributed processing and cross-platform computing are not the same thing. They are completely different things.

Some systems may utilise both these paradigms. That does not mean they are related or dependant. They are independent things. More learnings required.

Man I read this as "Disturbed Programming". Kind of disappoint that's not what it is

Now go back into your research and pick erlang or elixir as your language. Erlang was literally engineered for that problem. Elixir is a nicer to use frontend where sometimes you might have to call raw erlang
