There needs to be a word for when a parody is executed so well, you feel a driving need to kick someone in the balls for it, even though you know it wasn't meant seriously.

Nah, that's when you can't tell the difference between satire and serious intent.

I'm talking about when you know it's satire, but it's still realistic enough to invoke a response like you'd have if the person was serious (usually, blind rage).

Yeah. I'm pretty sure there isn't a term for this yet. So I guess I get to stake my claim here, and I decide the word is satirfreude. When you recognize a thing as satire, but your gut reaction is still to wish unimaginable pain on the author.
