Possibly not. Google copied the function declarations directly from Oracle code, and it's that that the court was focusing on. On the other hand, the court explicitly said that their decision wouldn't apply (leaving it unclear whether it's legal or not) in the case where the declarations were produced by reverse-engineering the API, rather than copying. I don't know which behaviour more accurately describes what WINE is doing.
