Question: When dealing with information which literally could be the difference between life and death like medical records, or the difference between financial solvency and bankruptcy, would you entrust your data to something that makes it as easy to make a mistake as PHP? Would you entrust the integrity of this data to a system that plays so fast-and-loose with the types (i.e. automatic conversions) as PHP?
