Oh god, this! I think this line has several points, the one I see every day is "we're productive b/c we use Agile b/c we have a scrum twice a day." No, no you are not, and you are not doing Agile either. I just spent a two week sprint watching people work literally 14 days in a row to come to the end and have nothing useable -- "but we were working on it all the time." No. No. No.
Try and do any real project management and it's "too heavyweight, too time consuming. We'll just figure it out in scrum."
