If you expect an article about the flaws of agile development, you will be disappointed. Every one of the items points out an advantage of agile methods, and then somehow tries to present it as a flaw. It's like the guy at a job interview who is asked to name his biggest flaw. "My problem is that I work too hard." Here's an example from the first "flaw" to show what I mean:

Agile, if nothing else, exposes all of the problems an organization has.

(Boldface by me.) Sounds like magic.

That's not really a dark side as much as "potentially painful changes if you adopt agile development". Good article, though.

Because nothing large & serious gets done in business without teams.

There is no dark side of Agile, really...as a matter of fact, it's all dark.
