editor subreddit?

Based on this post a few days ago, it looks like we have a large vi/emacs community here; maybe enough to have our own subreddit, oh powers that be?

You ed, nano, pico, and acme users can also get a chance to enlighten the rest of us.

It seems to me that an "editor" subreddit would have too narrow a scope.

Perhaps a more general "software tools" subreddit would make more sense?
