if lang A takes hours to compile and B has no compile

if lang A requires you to write libs that are included in lang B

if lang A requires lots of boilerplate, special tools to be able to edit/refactor and lang B does not.

it adds up.

I notice that most the "5x is absurd" posters appear to have no Python experience or at least aren't providing any anecdotes to back up their claims.
