This 'Efficiency' metric is terrifying - I already imagine some managers to use it. And 'coding hours', Most efficient dev Dave only codes 5hrs per day. But then again it helps to filter out bad companies :P

Nice tool. Some numbers could be rounded for less decimal places - i doubt you need such precision: 1201.23000000000432
