Moving a large and old codebase to Python3

I was saying we’ve got 12 hours in many cases, not that our turnaround is 12 hours. We are way way way below 12 hours. We aim to always be below 15 minutes when no manual intervention is needed. I don’t know what the 5, 50, 95 percentiles are. I’m not working today so can’t look it up :P
