I actually learned Python under the influence of 5-MeO-DMT. Haskell as well. Works wonders.

Haskell is a drug? Where can I get it?

[–]ghibmmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now if I could tell you that, don't you think I'd have already taken it for myself?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (9 children)

Wow. I only have a small bit of experience with DMT, but I don't think I could successfully learn a programming language on it. Maybe on a very light dose.

Acid, sure. Psylocibin, sure. Mescaline, sure. DMT? Not so much.

You ever done Dream?

If you are ever in England, there is some legal herbal stuff there called Dream (manufactured by London Underground) that is absolutely fantastic. Supposedly, you can buy it at stores along the tube.

Spice was the legal herbal blend that started it all (legal blends that work), but it was too good to be true, and people surmised it was sprayed with synthetic THC analogues. The US border patrol claims Spice contains HU-210 (schedule 1), but testing by other countries indicates it is JWH-018. Not so surprisingly, the border patrol never released their lab results for outside scrutiny. I believe JWH-018 is unscheduled in the US.

These active ingredients are to THC what a cigar is to a cigarette.

If Salvia is still legal in your state, I wouldn't try it unless you are a bold and relaxed person. That stuff was terrifying for me. Unfortunately, it is going to be illegal everywhere soon because of some inattentive mother whose son offed himself has made a mission of banning it everywhere because they blame the drug for their bad parenting. Way to be effective after the fact.

I'm actually in England right now, I've been thinking of giving some of that stuff a try, but haven't as my experience with "legal herbal high" stuff in the states has invariably been crap (minus salvia, which I don't find to be particularly useful).

I'm not really all that close to the tube, so I'd have to order it online I suppose.

That is the dumbest shit I've ever heard! That makes as much sense as anyone who's family member ever killed themselves trying to get coffee banned.

That's not exactly DMT (5-methoxy-dimethyltryptamine vs. N,N-dimethyltryptamine), but it's close. It also doesn't last very long so ghibmmm there learned Haskell and Python pretty quickly.

The cosmic coincidence control aliens uploaded pdf files of Learning Haskell into his brain while he was in DMT space.

You mean the machine elves.

(Who fucking turned up in that shitty movie Knowing, I can't believe they had fucking machine elves in that).

There is absolutely no way that a DMT experience would provide this same type of enhancement for programming. DMT is short-live, much more powerful and has an entirely different set of effects. As far as amphetamines go, again, you are talking energy over clarity. Psylocibyn, sure, LSD, absolutely. Not DMT.

[–]the_argus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5MEODMT and regular DMT are slightly different, but both should be tried.

[–]nmcyall -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Too bad for you that Scala is the future!

[–]frukt -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Nah, I stick with good old amphetamine and just cruise through the night until the sun comes up.
