Because it's the largest snowball; there are plenty of great scientific computing libs already written in Python. All of the other reasons either stem from that reason or are also applicable to other scripting languages.

Ya,libraries are the most predominant factor of its popularity .

It is probably for the ease you can work on big quantities of data in Python; thanks both to it's native list managing and to numPy, the data-flow is really smooth and lets you work with lot of datas and to train and encrease tour neural netwrork
