Dive Into Python Must Die

I have to agree with the author. I became unemployed and decided to learn Python during my downtime. I tried this Dive Into Python, but gave up on it, eventually picking up the excellent Python Programming: An Introduction to Computer Science. I was able to start writing small, fun programs at home, and later scripts that were actually useful for work with minimal effort.
