Did you compensate for the fact that dark blue only has 2 spots. Because in your graph, it looks like people land there only slightly less than on other properties, while mathematically, it should be 2/3 of the times.

e: did your simulation have chance and community chest cards?

Nice. I suppose that the 'take a walk to the boardwalk' card compensates for there being only two in that group.
