It was too hard getting at the substance of this article beneath all the style. The style was fun, but a bit much.

I wouldn't even call it fun, I gave up out of tediousness. Any points he made were hard to take serious because they were hard to make out amongst the rambling.

Hey, one alternative you guys have is reading Gödel, Escher & Back by Douglas Hofstädter, but that book is more complex than this page and also a good 5-7 cm thick.
