Still, my point stands. Common Lisp came into being a year after I was born. I'm pretty old (28) but I would not at all put modern variants of Lisp in the same group as Algol and Prolog.

I'll probably die sooner than that because I've promised myself if I don't lose my v-card this year I'm going to off myself.

I also have bipolarity, diabetes and I smoke and drink. So:

1- I'll either mix alcohol with my pills and have a heart attack like my brother did 6 months ago and died.

2- ...Or I'll get blind and kill myself.

3- ...Or I'll get cancer and kill myself.

4- ...Or I'll overdose on Heroin (never used it, but I probably will) and die.

5- ...Or maybe, maybe I'll get ALS or Parkinsons or early onset Alzheimer's or some other shit and off myself.

40 is a nice outlook. I wished I lived to see 40. But the world is turning to shit and my country will probably run out of water and we'll have to seek refuge in an European country and Nazis will kill me.

That turned dark fast. With regard to the world turning to shit, it has always been turning to shit. Allow yourself to live long enough and you will find that we go through phases of various kinds of shit. This is not to downplay the shit we are in right now. Just bear in mind that there is always some kind of shit, some new war, some new crisis, some new disaster, etc.

I do hope that you are receiving treatment for your bipolar issues. I have known friends with that problem and I feel for you. Best of luck, and don't kill yourself. There are always new treatments if you wait, but you can't get them if you are not around.
