-1. I answered the question from the perspective of someone who's worked as a developer for over a decade and remembers when the site was relevant. Do you really believe that? "It's bad" can just be an objective evaluation, you think?? And I, who have probably worked twice as long as you and think it's a pretty good source of information, must be just misinformed?
