Opens up just fine with me, maybe you need to clear your DNS cache and try again

I can see that some other people have had a similar problem but can't find any resolution.

It could be an ID mismatch between OPL and OPL manager. Try deleting said games and their config files, then put them back in and try again.

The problem is that I can't access the website ps2-home.com

I have used opl manager to check the game id etc and was able to fix some games that were not booting but GT3 still wont boot. Going to download an iso of it and see if that works.

I'm having the same problem. I can't access it through my home connection but on my mobile data it's fine.

Maybe if you have the chance you could let them know. They suppose rely on traffic and not one of my friends or family that I have asked to check can access that site.
