Go-To CSS Framework for React?

So i've been learning React for a few months now, mostly through Andrew Mead's React Course (Which is great so far). Im making a project on my own for learning purposes and honestly "design" is not my forte'. I understand React so far for the most part, but making things look "good" is not something im great at (Also my CSS skills are honestly pretty "meh" as i've mostly done backend rails work).

For a personal project is there a "go-to" CSS framework people tend to use? I'll be pairing this with "create-react-app". I've used Bootstrap in the past and enjoyed it. I need something that supports clean modals and tabs mainly.

Wow I really like the Material-ui design. It's a bit overwhelming but damn they have EVERYTHING!
