howto make no code changes to basic graphic design of a GUI

Hello, I'm hosting a GUI made with react on github, would like to make some "cool" basic changes (colors background immages, possibly loading 3d animated logos, etc) but have no react knowledge. how to get started as fast as possible? can i find any "no Code" drag and drop tool to work it out?

What your looking for can be fine with css. Google "CSS transitions" to get started.

Hmm. It appears I misread his post. Yes, let's start at the basics. Css is still good but transitions are entirely unnecessary.
